StreamLabs Control

The StreamLabs Control is a smart water shut-off valve designed with state-of-the-art ultrasonic sound wave technology that installs directly into your property’s main water line to detect leaks in your pressurized plumbing system, and automatically shut off the water to prevent or minimize damage.  It can notify you via the free Standard mobile app Push notifications for live flow data, instant leak alerts, ambient humidity & temperature, water pressure & temperature and Drip Detect® pressure decay tests to identify pinhole micro leaks.

The ultrasonic flow sensor measures water flow to detect potential problems. It sends this data in real-time to the StreamLabs app via Wi-Fi, so if a leak occurs whether you’re at home or away, you will always know what is going on.  The mobile app gives you notification and control over your water system anytime, anywhere.  Leaks can be identified by using the Smart Alerts® learning leak detection mode or a user-defined Manual mode.  The learning mode allows the system to determine what is a leak by learning your water use habits over a 7-day period and responding to abnormal flow after it knows your “normal” patterns.  The Manual mode allows you to determine your small or major leaks by your preferred user-defined continuous flow volume and length of time in Home and Away settings.

The Standard Plan for the app allows up to 2 locations for your home and vacation home, with push notifications.  The StreamPlus™ premium subscription to the app allows up to 5 locations using push, email and text notifications, as well as an extended Historical View with longer Alert History up to the last 20 alerts.  This subscription is just $5.99/mo or $59/year and includes a Free Trial of 3 months per system!

The system includes a 10 ft. AC power cable but cable extensions of 25 ft. or 50 ft. are available to add on that can be daisy-chained to extend reach to the closest electrical outlet up to a maximum of 100 ft.
