Water Which® Assessment Credit

There are many choices and not all systems will have the features, reliability, support or warranty you need to live happily ever after with your water security system. Since most installers have one preferred system for their own personal or professional reasons that may not benefit you, our Water Which® makes it her purpose to find the one that best suits your plumbing configuration, budget and lifestyle.  This fee is for our Water Which® analysis of your completed and submitted property assessment questionnaire which will offer you options your plumber may not be aware of.

We will provide compatible water leak protection system options at discounted rates so you can make an informed decision about the best system for your application while saving money!  This Fee will be credited toward your purchase with Water Security Solutions making your Water Which® assessment retroactively free if you choose to install.  For best results, all fields on the form must be completed, even if the response is “No” or “0”.

Description:
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation receipt email with a link to download the Water Which® Questionnaire PDF, along with information on local Water Whizzards™ installer options near you if you selected the “I need an installer referral” option before ordering. Once you or your chosen plumber have completed the form, you can submit it to Assessments@wssus.com for an email response detailing your most compatible options with features for each, installation warnings and tips and any accessories you may need to fit the solutions to your home and plumbing system so there are no surprises or missing components on the day of your installation. The form has a button at the bottom that will address a new email to us and automatically attach the form to that email for your submission convenience or you can scan it or take a snapshot of it with your phone and email or text it to us.

There is no expiration date for the $75 Water Which® credit which is applied toward product purchases. The Water Which® service is fully refundable within 60 days after purchase unless you have received an installer referral or the options results in which case, the fee is considered fully earned from services rendered. Though the $75 is nonrefundable for unused Water Which® assistance after 60 days or after an installer referral is made, the $75 will still be available as a product purchase credit in our store Indefinitely.

Plumbers in our Water Whizzards™ network are our best reviewed installers and are made available for your consideration, as a result of over 20 years of WSS experience in the water security industry.  Plumbers and their experience with different systems vary by make, model and years as an installer with WSS which is why our Water Which® Assessment Form must be completed and submitted to us for comprehensive and unbiased consulting on your most compatible options and required accessories for your unique needs.  All plumbers are with independent plumbing companies, not employed by WSS and carry their own liability insurance and offer their own warranties on their labor.  While we do collect certificates of liability insurance on installers we work with, we still recommend you confirm any contractor’s liability insurance is current before hiring them for your project.
