The Leak Defender House Alarm Module will allow the Leak Defender “RS” system to integrate and communicate with most house alarm systems. There is a input/output connection to a house alarm that will signal either an event from the “RS” system or the house alarm can send a signal to the “RS” Leak Defender well pump shutoff system to activate.

There are two methods for mounting and connecting the Alarm Module:

1. Either directly connect the Alarm Module connector to a Leak Defender “RS” System sensor output connector on the control box and wire the flying leads on the module to the alarm control box.

2. Mount the Alarm Module close to the house alarm control box. Purchase and run a Sensor Extension Cable the length needed for the connection to the “RS” system output sensor connector.
