This fee is for WSS to provide consulting services to you by reviewing our property and plumbing assessment form completed by you and/or your authorized representatives. WSS will rely on the accuracy of the assessment information you provide. We recommend that someone with knowledge of plumbing be involved in the assessment, including the installing plumber. Based on the assessment we will provide you a variety of practical options available regarding products on the market that will be compatible with your plumbing configuration.
Our feedback is for educational purposes only, to permit you or your authorized representative to make a decision on how to proceed with water damage mitigation products that you’ll select to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Description:
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation receipt email with a link to download the Consulting Agreement Form (PDF). Once you have completed the form, you can submit it to Assessments@wssus.com for a response. The form has a button at the bottom that will address a new email to us and automatically attach the form to that email for submission.
